About us
HOPE fix, a.s. is a Czech joint-stock company, established on 15 September 2011. It continues to build on the many years of tradition amassed by the company Šroubárna Ždánice.
The history of Šroubárna Ždánice reaches back to 1951, when it was set up as a state enterprise. The main production programme manufactured fasteners using cold-forming and turning. Gradually the company began to specialize in cold-forming steel. In 1992, the private company Šroubárna Ždánice a.s. was established, which continued the tradition of mass-production, especially of fasteners using thread. In 2002 the company underwent restructuring, and production was replaced by importing standardized fasteners. Thus the company was transformed – from a manufacturing to a trading company.
Emphasis is placed long-term on our quality management system, which is based on our ISO 9001:2000 certification, granted in 2003. Our strategic goal is to deliver standardized fasteners of the highest quality. An important facet within the company's philosophy is our environmental policy, which is sustained by strictly sorting the waste materials produced in our business activities.
The main business activity of HOPE fix, a.s. is supplying standardized fasteners to the wholesale trade. Our product range includes screws, nuts and bolts, washers, threaded rods, rivets, turnbuckles and anchors. We trade not just in the Czech Republic, we also export to Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Serbia, and elsewhere. We are a substantial provider of fasteners to the Central European market.
